Counselling
Counselling sessions are tailored to support each person’s unique journey, combining evidence-based approaches with space for deeper personal exploration.
Techniques may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address unhelpful thought patterns, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for building emotional regulation and relationship skills, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support mindfulness and values-based living.
Sessions may also draw from Existential Therapy to explore meaning, identity, and life transitions, and Strength-Based Therapy to highlight resilience and personal strengths.
Together, these approaches support healing, growth, and a greater sense of clarity and direction.
